HOW ALLTERRA WORKS
A clear booking.
From the first step.
The website helps you choose. Availability, payment and confirmation are arranged on WhatsApp.
Enquire about a date and group
Choose a Monday–Thursday date. Your enquiry opens WhatsApp with the chosen package and details; spaces are not reserved automatically.
Receive the final details
We will confirm availability, itinerary, inclusions, extras, the total in USD and terms before requesting payment.
Pay your deposit
The deposit is 20% of the confirmed total, rounded up to the next whole dollar. For one person on Acatenango 4×4: US$60 on a US$299 price.
Receive confirmation
ALLTERRA confirms your booking after checking the deposit and availability. Saving a date in Apple Calendar is tentative and does not replace that confirmation.
CLEAR BEFORE PAYMENT
Prices in USD. Clear deposits.
The website does not process payments. Your balance and its payment deadline are confirmed on WhatsApp. Review rescheduling terms before paying.
